Comfort Obot Nwankwo is an expert specializing in Signage Consulting, Corporate Branding, Promotions, and Event Management. As the Chairman of Lagos NIPR, the premier Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), and the MD/CEO at Cicom International Limited, a leading signage firm based in Lagos, she brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to the forefront.

Beyond her significant contributions to communication and PR, Comfort’s expertise is highly sought after in sports administration and marketing. She is a volunteer of the International Olympic Committee and a member of Nigeria Olympic Committee, Currently serving as the Secretary General of the Nigerian Triathlon Union, she is deeply involved in the sports arena. Moreover, she holds the distinguished position of President at the Nigerian Zurkhaneh Sport Association, actively contributing to the dynamic landscape of sports governance.

An active participant in the sports community, Comfort proudly shoulders the responsibility of Treasurer at the African Zurkhaneh Sport Confederation. She was elected Vice President of TAFISA 2 terms (8 years) and now serves as an Honorary Member of The Association for International Sport for All (TAFISA)
Before her election as Chairman of Lagos NIPR, Comfort served in crucial leadership roles, including multiple terms as Vice Chairman and Chairperson of the Annual General Meeting/PR Week of the Chapter.

As a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and member of the Nigeria Triathlon Union, she is dedicated to advancing the fields she is involved in.
Comfort is widely travelled to over 70 countries in all the countinents.
She attended the school of Accountancy and Business Studies, Uyo, Business Education and Examination Council (BEEC), and The University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She’s currently pursuing her Msc.in Marketing/Public Relations.

Samuel Ayetutu

She has worked closely with the Commissioner for health in Lagos State(2017-2020), and Former Commissioner for health Ekiti State (2013-2020) on health management and Epidemic crisis management in Unity schools including Queen’s College Yaba Susamsss Hospitals and Susamsss PR Ltd was founded to create more solutions to the immediate and international community.

 

In 2019 both outfits were established, following numerous requests from host communities to provide solutions locally and globally. Since 2005, Susamsss PR Ltd has handled communication relations in sects and branches of Local Government Council Areas and several media outfits. Her Hospital boasts of over twenty plus free health care services rendered to different publics cutting across all segments of the nation.

Samuel Adeyemi

As the Founder and Lead Strategist at Media DNA, an Integrated Marketing Communication firm, Samuel has dedicated his career to creating and enhancing the influence of purpose driven organizations and individuals worldwide. Media DNA has successfully managed top brands in both the private and public sectors.

Samuel has held esteemed leadership roles in prominent professional organizations. He was twice elected as the Public Relations Executive (PRE) of the Lagos Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), where he currently serves as the spokesperson and lead image manager for the largest community of communication practitioners in Nigeria.

Additionally, he has been elected twice and is currently serving as the Publicity Secretary of the Lagos Chapter of the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN). Samuel is a rapporteur with Nigeria’s foremost private-sector-led think tank, the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG). He was recently appointed as the Communication Lead for the Global Opportunities Committee (GOC) of the Atlanta Black Chambers (ABC).

Throughout his career, Samuel and his team have undertaken notable projects, including involvement in Presidential Elections, Gubernatorial Elections, the World Economic Forum on Africa, and the Youth Mobilization for Nigerian Budget Jam in collaboration with IBM. Other projects include sub-national Investment & Economic Forums, Federal Inland Revenue Service’s “Register Your Business” Campaign, US Department of Commerce Trade Mission to Nigeria 2023, Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation Trade Mission to Nigeria 2023, and the World Trade Organisation Public Forum on Green Trade for Africa in Geneva 2023, among others.

 

Samuel is passionate about sharing his wealth of expertise through training sessions and speaking engagements. Olumuyiwa Ojelabi

Olumuyiwa Ojelabi is seasoned Public Relations and Communication Practitioner, whose strength is in the management of public information and managing the expectations of citizens as far as government projects, programmes and initiatives are concerned. She has over 25 years of cognate experience in the private and public sector.

 

Prior to joining Lagos State Government Civil Service in 2000, she worked with Transrapid Nigeria Limited, Ogba, Lagos as Public Relations Officer and executed strategies that created a positive image for the company. She was instrumental to effective and efficient execution of tasks and timely resolution of issues.

 

She took up an appointment with Bollington and Sons Limited, an Independent Petroleum Marketer in Badagry where she rose to the post of the Manager Operations. Within six months, investigated and resolved departmental non-performances and co-formulated policies that resulted in highly trained personnel which brought about increased sales in her first year.

 

In the State Civil Service, she handled Public Relations for Ministries and Agencies in her various postings, including, Drain Drucks, Office of State’s Accountant General, Office of Commissioner for Information and Strategy and Ministry of the Environment. She also served as a Protocol Officer during Governor Akin Ambode’s tenure.

 

She is currently the Head, Public Affairs, Office of the Secretary to the State Government, Lagos State.
Olumuyiwa studied Mass Communication at the University of Lagos, Akoka and Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta. She holds a Master Degree in Public Administration from University of Ado Ekiti. She also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and Advertising and graduated with Distinction from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism, Lagos.

He started his working career with the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria as a Public Affair Officer in 2004 and has grown steadily in experience to the present position of Chief Corporate communication Officer of the Authority. Within this period, due to his dedication to duty, he was appointed as Protocol Assistant to the Vice President and later on the President, Pan African Parliament, the legislative arm of African Union by His Excellency, late Rt. Hon. Bethel Amadi from 2011 to 2015.
Bassey is a devout Catholic and currently the Deputy Deanery Coordinator of Catholic Men Organisation, Ikeja Deanery. A Jerusalem and Vatican Pilgrim (JP and VP).

RITA OBIAGELI ALI-NOCK is a seasoned communication professional, media executive, content creator, image maker, and business development manager. She is an associate member and executive of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and a member of the Society of Nigerian Broadcasters (SNB).

She holds a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and a Diploma Certificate in Science Laboratory Technology from the University of Benin. In 2005, she served as a SIWES assistant to the Planning Manager at Nigerian Breweries Plc. Her Career began fully in 2009-2013 when she worked as the Marketing and Business Development Executive with Sailbond Shipping Nig. Ltd a freight Management company.

During the service year (NYSC), she handled several on-air programs for the Orientation Broadcasting Service, which earned her a slot with the Editorial Board Community Development Group; Having proven her resourcefulness, in no time she rose in the ranks from a proofreader to becoming the Editor-in-Chief of the Editorial Board CDS group which gave rise to her current career in the media.

In 2014, she joined Inside-out Media Ltd. as an assistant producer, producing the longest-running television talk show in Nigeria, Inside Out with Agatha. Her great eye for detail, studiousness, excellent track record, work ethic, and proactive approach toward problem-solving earned her her stripes. She currently co-runs a PR and Media Communications outfit, BrandChicks.

He is a multiple-award-winning communications strategist and administrator. Segun is listed among the 50 Most Influential Marketing Communications Practitioners in Nigeria in 2018. He is the President and CEO of Upticomm Marketing Company and the immediate past Chairman of the Lagos State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.

Segun is on the Advisory Board of Project Enable, which is funded by the US Department of Education through the Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund. And he is a juror on the GLG PR Power List 2023 and the SERAS CSR Awards (Sustainability Enterprise and Responsibility Awards) for several years.

The SERAS is Africa’s biggest and most important recognition in corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
He cofounded the prestigious Lagos Public Relations Industry Gala and Awards, popularly called the LaPRIGA Awards, which celebrate excellence in communication practice, and is the founder of the Lagos Digital Public Relations Summit.
